I would love to become a professional whistler. I'm pretty amazing at it now, but I wanna get, like, even better. Make my living out of it.

Great pic's and run times boys. Looks like ya all had a ball. Hope it's on next year so i can get in a run or two.
Now known as Captain Slow
Only got 4 slips for the day, best one is -
R.T. - .44
60' - 1.89
1/4 - 10.91
MPH - 131
That was one of my first few runs before the clutch got nasty on me so I never bothered getting any more tickets coz I wouldn't have gone any quicker or faster.
.2 & 4 MPH slower than last year fuck
Next years wish list - Nitrous Oxide to keep the turbos in sight, clutch cushion mod, extended swinginarm, air/quick shifter, straps, lowering links, a flat slick & a bigger tacho.
I want me a 9.
Thankyous to the Mean Dean Machine for his organisationality & Simon Sideways (yes, I saw that!) for the pics, what a top way to spend a Satdy!
tk just first do what a few of you boys should do........2 step ;-)
more power isnt the answer most of you boys have enough power for low to flat tens and some 9s
I reckon a quickshifter is cheating, I couldn't live with meself if I had too many 'aids'
Traction was the big problem for me. Lost so much time getting to third gear and half track or so so I could stretch the legs.
The track was not prepped at all so quite slick. The odd zx9 and gix 11 were over powering the track at times.
I enabled the 2 step on the ecu. It was fantastic. Made my 60foot time so much more consistent. Most in the high 1.8 low 1.9 from then on wheel spin took over even with the shinko 'hook up' tyre.
Maybe a little lower and a little longer next year then some 10.5's maybe
I am pretty keen to get back there on a normal test and tune day when the track is properly prepped and see what I can do with hopefully more traction.
I didn't get any slips, but it was a fair walk from the pits to the bar, so I estimate around 10.5 minutes.....
It was good to see you all again.

Best of the 14 slips I have, some runs 4 minutes apart..
No traction means slower than last year.
