Up date, finished up the first bits of clamps and mounts for the screw jack
Pallet plates, these ones are to suit a square frame, will be used on dans bike

I'll do a separate build thread but spent a few hours and knocked over a little job
Cut the steering stop off the top of the neck and moved to the bottom.
Machined some stops and tapped into the bottom yoke.

So Jason and I spent some time sipping beer tonight and worked on the stance and what arm to use in my dans efe. Part of the idea with my system is being able to isolate the frame from both ends thus making it easy to do so this while also gaining hard data on things like clearance, rake and trail etc. this build will need top and bottom shock mounts etc. That is were the lift table and jig set up will really come into its own. This set up at this point of time is only the ruff mock up stage but I am really digging this bike for pure old school streetfighter mussel bike cool.....

As Ben said that's a bandit arm, seems busa arm's are another easy install,
It comes down to taste. I had a bandit arm here spare and feel it suits this build.
The bandit arm only hat spaces the centralize and step diameter down to the 16mm
of the efe pivot. The efe is wide though the pivot so really lots of arms will fit. Clearance
onto the subframe is the only real issue. Bandit arm suits the oil boiler gsxr rims for axel
diameter and tyre width of the 180 on 5.5 rim. I have looked at a busa 6" rim tight but will fit.
Needs spacers and machining of the Cush drive but not to bad. Going to take this bike of
the table soon while dan decides on a few options than will be back up for frame mods for the
    upper and lower link

I much prefer them, easy and open to work on, motors make good power and room for lots of improvement everywhere else

Wow! Top effort mate. How do you manage to keep shit out of holes etc when blasting, oh, and from blasting things that don't need and shouldn't be blasted?

Si there is just no way to keep the stuff out, sealed bearings even get the shit into them.
I have tried plenty of ways and none work well enough to make the effort worth it.
Prep and cleaning after is the way, hydroblasting is safe on everything so that's not even a problem
Only rime is if I don't want to change the look of something then just taped up works fine.
People are trying to do the work on complete motors etc, I can tell you they are fucking idiots...
    Shit goes everywhere
