    Enclosed trailer build

So I need a enclosed trailer to leave m tools and mx bike in. It will double as a caravan when away racing and will be used when I get off my ass and come down and maybe over for a ride with you guys.
Been at it for a week the plan is to be finished in 4 more weeks.
    Rollin

You might consider drop axles for easier loading/unloading although I see you have the wheels above the frame.

Doesn't that make the width inside a pain?

I'm on my third horse float and getting things in and out with standard beam axles can be tricky on some ground.

Good luck with the build, Nice wheels.

Have looked at drop axles and may go that way down the track. Its a poormans base station and will have racks down the sides over the wheel wells so not to worryed about them.

Make sure you check the Reg's they've changed for over 1500kg, you'll need brakes on both axles and if over 2000kg breakaway brakes.

I went for electric as it was easier to wire up rather than plumb up hydraulics, bloody expensive but cheaper than breakaway hydraulics!

There pretty good, had my first one for around 2 and a bit years and put 2 25kg roles of wire through it then the wire feed motor died a month ago. Call up everlast and a new one turned up in the mail 1 week later. i'm stoked with there service, they are keen to please. I had there 60amp pilot ark plasma and it was a good bit of kit but didnt use it much so moved it on. last i heard its going well.
