NSW - Custom fabricators with in house engineers?

Hi everyone

Just wondering if there are many all in one shops in the newcastle/central coast/northern sydney/central area that i can sit down explain what i want done, have them modify/fabricate it and install it and ride out with an RTA approved engineers cert?

Looking for a single side swing arm to be modified to fit my bike (some milling, reweld shock point and offset sprocket etc)
Followed by a new subframe to take the 2 seater tail to an rs125 size. And a full exhaust setup for either short dump pipes or undertail.

Money won't be an issue just need somewhere to just give me the figure id need to pay.

Does anyone from NSW know of anywhere?
