when I block back the hi-fill I use warm soapy water and always use a soft block for the curved sections and use 600 grit .

now you may be looking and thinking WTF is wrong with the blue base coat ?
well after I laid on a few coats of base blue I applied my clear as you do, as it was to be airbrushed it only had two coats o clear ,during cutting back I went through two small sections were the seat goes ,most sane people would have left it but I was on a dead line and SI from aussie streetfighters had something teed up and I rushed a repair that absoluty fried the clear and base coat I lost my shit and didn't pay atten and knocked the tank on to the floor and put a crease in the lefthand side ,I spat the dummy big time and after great words of wisdom from SAM "ACE AIRBRUSHING" and JASON CONOLY I let it sit for a few weeks ,then proceded to cut back the blue and re do paint again.

until turbo kit is ready to fit ,I want to ride the bloody thing so a few bits of silicone and airpod wil do the trick.

as im running the acewell ,I don't have access to trouble shooting , obtaining DTC's "diagnostic trouble code's" and adjusting the TPS! so I made a jack plug and harness so at any time I can just disconnect the acewell and plug in STD dash!

I had to change the red preasure plate to a black one with blue buttons from VAN but when I saw his side cover I had to have it so at least ill change over clear cover and solid cover as I see fit .
went with the current norm of the MT03 headlight ,yes its used a lot now but it suits the front and protects the acewell .

    well time for an update.

i have since sepperated from my wife sharon and man its hard out there !
i had got it to the point of its first maiden hit on the road.
was out for 20 mins and topped up fuel and bang got shit fuel!
under load it was fine so next thing im $140 in a $60 and haven a ball
    then it pigrooted again
then as i tipped into a round about it backfired and stalled hmm at 40 odd leaning over and all weight transfered to front tyre hmm no biggee but it was still new and green and let go
laid the blue prick down, took out rad, side custom cover and rear set.
shoulder took a hit and so did the ego!!

got it home and nothing a few days of elbow grease aint gunna fix.

but ! since then the ex told me the pathfinder still has to be sold and its my daily driver to work and to pick the kids up on weekends .
i dont have the cash to buy a cheep car at all!!

so i have to sell the pathfinder and now the TLS as i need a car.

unless i sell or swap the turbos
GT1241z new in box not used
will swap for a car with 4 doors.
either that or the TLS has to go
will swap the tls for a car with cash adjustment myway or if decent car outright swap !!

ive only just got the MT03 headlight and new brakets ,the blue titanium bolt kit and the blue silicone hoses aswell man that was a hit $1500 right there .
