Several of the Choppers Australia lads saw the 12 Gauge chopper at bike week. They universally panned it for the chap engineering on it. Paper thin brackets is one of the things I remember and I think the list of scary shit was pretty long.

Honda CB engines and why "not"
I prefer the kwaka 9 motors but the honda 4 bikes outnumber them by 20/1, even in the old 70's chopper mags I have most jappers used honda motors (750/4,500/4,360/450 twin) more than the 9.
