hey guys, just wanted to know what you guys do with the position of your instruments. i'd like to get the front fairing closer to the forks but i need my instruments still and they take some room. So what do u do?

What instruments do you have on it?

Acewell makes some nice small digital units that dispose of a lot of clutter up front.

    Check the stats - 19900rpm.
    Should be right.
I relocated my ignition to under my seat and installed the acewell unit in its place. Looks good IMHO.

If your worried about it not displaying up to 18000 rpm... dont be ... The acewell dashes only display up to 16000rpm on some of the range. Once they reach the 16000rpm, they just flash as if they are hitting rev limiter. By no means will this harm your dash or your bike...

**** At that rev range, eyes should be on the road and not the tacho anyway lol ****

Ive got one of Bens new Square Acewell dashes... I rate them very highly... its a top unit that allows you to switch from 8000rpm to 16000rpm displays.

I guess it gives you a ligit excuse to say "I dont know" when the law pulls you over and asks how fast you think you were going
