so more dicking around with it , off to work again to bleed the brakes on sunday , both masters full of water rusty watery brake fluid mess , pulled off cleaned out then the lines were blocked so flushed out , then flushed the system and its like brand new clutch is good brakes , mint , just a fuel tap , fuel lines , and check the tank doesnt leak

here for the suzi gurus does this look like a chain conversion is acheiveable this is a ugly set up , but just was thinking the future maybe

so today i did the last things , mod the battery box to fit a bigger battery i had at home , mount a few of the last things , plumb the lines and fire her in the guts , took it for a burn in the yard at work , at first a little throttle it felt like the clutch was slipping but it was the tyre , the knobby is useless on the tarmac once i knew it was the tyre F#$K IT to the limiter it was in first and second up the yard , nice line for the boss to winge about tomorrow

so to work tomorrow goes the skid lid and the action camera vid for sure as i test it in the pole dump down the back

Not sure what's involved but I have seen a chain drive
conversion in the UK, had a fairly high spec motor and
was at a BigCC dyno shoot out.

so today was the day , 42 deg farkin hot racing , bike went well for a couple of races but then the clutch just give up , id say its just desintergrated as i had a clutch then nothing and the new oil in there is just black , not the wrong oil checked that , but when i drained it last night it was pretty black and really fuelly with lots of material in it , so new clutch and in 4 weeks ill race again

    some of todays bikes

little vid of a couple of runs the clutch wasnt great but still it went , stupid camera focused on the helmet not the action but so a bit blurry

looks like great fun, are you just digging trenches or clutch slip as it looks like you were struggling to get away from the line
