    Comic collection to sell,

Ok not sure where to post this one, so.....

During my days spent dodging school, i spent a bit of money collecting comic books. Nothing too exciting but i thought they were cool at the time. Yes i was not normal......... sort of.

Any way, where would be the best place to sell them. I still have them in plastic envelopes and have been kept away from the usual abuses they can get.

They are 'Wolverine' #1 to about #75
Marvel Comics Presents #1 to something else, basically any episode that had Wolverine in.
I also have various graphic novels and collections regarding Wolverine.
I have some others but i will have to go through them and itemise them.

    Any ideas?

I'd look them up on egay, some of them will fetch a good dollar.

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/Wolverine-1-...item3ccb8f1390 $250 for #1

But then some are going for cheap as bro.

Try a local comic book shop and see if they are interested.

    EDIT:
I had some comics that were worth over 1K each, now egay has come along they aren't worth anything near that.

Pm sent, but i'm a tightarse comic book geek.
They seem to be worth fuckall now. They started out as disposable things, so 40 years down the track they were collectable. Then when the early stuff was worth something, they started printing lots of them, with "rare" variants, fancy covers and shit. But because they were being collected and protected from the start (as oppossed to read and trashed), lots more survived, which makes them worth nowhere near as much as the early stuff.

Ok, i suspected what you guys said might be the case with collectability and what they are worth. I thought that the series might be worth a bit more with the movies around but, why bother reading when you can just watch it............

I have got photos of them all, grouped in lots of 10 i think. Will try and get a few up for you Hooligan,

I'm pretty sure that there is a comic book shop in Toowoomba (Kaboom Comics i think). They might have an idea what they are worth.

    Now I see the similarity
