    Turbo Busa Project

    A bloke on another forum has isn't satisfied with his turbo GSXR1000, so he's using the remains of a Busa that his brother punched into the side of a bus to make a Turbo Busa with a one off frame that'll look something like

    Now we've all heard these great ideas that people have for specials, but check out the workmanship that's gone into the swingarm/suspension mount part of the frame.

    The guy who owns it isn't building it and he reckons the guy doing the work is a reclusive genious who doesn't want everyone hassling him to get work done.

    You dont need a CNC it just makes it a hell of a lot quicker and easier .. I want one too

    Ivan you know the motors and controllers can be brought to convert a std lathe and mill to programmable, not that expensive.

    First thing he did was a ball end on a piece of rod, worked perfect !

    I've seen plans and kits for two axis cnc machines for hobby stuff, and I can <s>steal</s> borrow stepper motors and other bits from work, but 3 axis or more would be the go

    Thats right Deano , Found out a bit more but still to catch up to the right guy, the stepper motors were brought , then the controller and he wrote the programme,
