thanks mates! touched means wacko in russian tho bahaha now through the row of buggers - my old lappy died aged 16 after 8 ys at my shed, fuel pump chattering, no spark due to wrong firmware installed by me and thousand natural shocks lol Speed sensor magnet into brake disk bolt Mocking up the duct Powder coating the head & tail Head light relay socket mount The 1st approach to connecting to the tablet and lappy the homemade indicator stand. saved me about 50 bucks set by the micrometer

a transformer filled in oil and it started leaking drop by drop... the start up delayed had to make a somersault... again hang ho now moving had to remove helluva parts to remove the sump just love the shock thats where it bleeded had been warped after welding despite of annealing, after shaving in the cnc mill, not any more decided to use a remote fuel filter to avoid disassembling half a bike to change an oil filter

Wow man! That's a killer having something like that happen at this stage. I bet you get it spot on this time though after spending all that time pulling it apart again. All part of the build process I guess. Still loving this one mate. Cheers for the update.

yup, it was a killer at first, when i filled in gas and oil, when i got the spark test success and was keen to start her up, but took it philosophically, like a checking up the weapon lol
forgotten to mention, the front brake master cyl stuck dead though its practically new, neither wd40 nor compressed air helped, gonna use another master cyl from a cbr to push it out

Me too, I've been following bike stuff online since 1999, so I'm a bit jaded about most stuff - but this topic has me enthralled

A 12V/5V socket enlarged titanium clamp

The air distr blocks found its proper place

Decided to make a hole for the speed sensor right in the brake hanger without disassembling it

The thread on the sensor lengthened too

    The horn

When I filled the oil in for the 1st time, Id noticed that the oil level had been at the upper scavenge hose fitting, so I decided to raise the front end a bit by putting the clipons under the top yoke. Decided to cut off the clipon stops to adjust their comfy angle and to powder coat them by chance lol

The carb jet into the turbo oil feeding banjo bolt, nothing new

Like I said the front brake mater cyl piston stuck deadly inside, the compressed air didn’t help, so I decided to pust it out using another master cyl from Honda cbr 600 lol twas a piece of piss

Some sandy shite found, but the cyl surface was clear

Using a M3 screw to prevent the piston from popping out

The lever was disassembled and powder coated to match the clutch one

    Back on the bike

… but still didn’t bleed, prolly the seals fucked up although they looked alright. So I had to swap it for the cbr master which was bled for coupla mins go figure! And no matchness again lol. Gotta buy the piston repair kit, its price bites!

Began to fab the sub cage or safety bars what ever
