    MV makes 50mm ones.

    They are the biggest stockers I know of.

    Yamaha YZF1000 Thunderace (not R1) had 48 mm rwu (not usd) I think the kwaka ZX7 had 50mm or 51mm but don't quote me.

    The MV forks are Mazarocchi's. Also used on a bunch of Duc's, Moto Morini use them and I think Benelli as well.
