    Welcome man!!

When I saw Mrgixxer I thought it might have been THE Mrgixxer from Gixxer.com, but youll do.

Intersting effort mate I like the red motor bits and Ive always had a soft spot for slabbies having owed a few.

Whereabouts in CA are you? For some reaon that street looks a lot like just acorss the road from the main shops in Ajax Toronto to me.... but i was pretty stoned that day so...maybe that why it looks familiar.

Anyhow welcome welcome, nice rims too btw.

How's it going there Mr Gixxer? Nice ride mate.

Especially that helmet headlight, in fact so interesting because I'm doing the same on mine at the moment (using an old Kiwi helmet shell). What have you covered the visor with? and how much light does it allow through? Mine's just clear at the moment, and it don't look so good with the little lights/bracket and other crap showing.

G'day mrgixxer, nice to have another international member. That headlight looks [8D] mate.

Chalky, I'd be careful putting a helmet light on yours, I can picture you after a few pipes struggling to get it off the bike and stuff it on your bonce

I remember being at the Fool's run, just before xmas! wasn't it?[8)]
And at least I remembered to bring a bike................GIBBO.[B)]
The helmet and bracket are all done, even got a lick of paint onto it, just have to change over wiring connectors for lights, and get something to cover the visor. I'll post a pic tonight.[8D]
And I'm off the bong these days, well kinda, sort of.[:I]

Nup still can't recall that one!!!!![}]
Oh! I know, you must have been running with Ice. [^]
So I wouldn't have seen you from up the FRONT of the pack.

Turbo kept getting in my mirrors too, just to obscure my view of the stragglers.

I discovered last night that my camera takes really shit piccies (that's my excuse, the rest of you can shutup), so I didn't post one.

Ah chalky if you mix some acrilic clear with black paint
to tint it slightly you can slowly paint your visor
(on your headlamp helmet)coat by coat until you get the
    tint darkness you want.
Hint,if you do the in side of the visor it will look more
shiny and origanl and wont scratch and show up marks as much.

If I have to I'll give it a go, but the tinting will reduce the light output (they're only 55w H3's). I'll give it a go if nothing else comes up though. Wonder what it would look like if I tinted it with red? Maybe I'd look like a refugee from King's X .
Ozkat mentioned some vinyl stuff from signage places, but I haven't been able to find one that has it yet (unfortunately work is full-on atm, so little chance to duck out to the industrial suburbs). But a red tint is sounding better and better, or even a green one, given it's a kwaka.
(hope we haven't hi-jacked you're thread too much here Mr Gixxer )

    Hey Chalkmeister,
Why don't you try car window tinting acrylic. they've got a million shades of tinter, must be something there you'd be happy with, and the stuff sticks itself.
    Just a thought[8D]
Mr Gixxer, welcome, you've got a nasty looking slabby there, keep up the good work

Why not just use a tinted one and
flick it up when you need lights

Yeah Chalk, paint it black & rig up a remote controlled electro-hydraulic actuator system - or even a light sensitive switch, the possibilities are endless.
FWIW, I reckon you should also use some fingerless leather gloves as fork gaiters, cover the tank in Brando leather with lapels, upholster the seat in thin black leather with some pockets in it & stick some chunky shitkicker boots to the ends of your swingarm, it'd look like 2 Chalkys, one riding the other !!! [)][:0][B)][:I]
Fuck, I crack me up !
