last Sunday i finished mounting the new frontend,after consuming much alcohol i decided a celebratory burnout was required. layed some rubber then put her on the sidestand,had no room to dismount the lowside so threw the leg highside. my bike is raised heaps and therefore leans at about 45 degree's on the stand,exposing the blue hot collector.it only took 1 second to sizzle 6 layers of skin and about 3mm deep of muscle meat.the foto was taken on Wednesday after the huge blister burst,its now fully infected and i'm headin for a 3rd degree scare,dressing needs daily changing and the dead skin and puss needs to be scrubbed,shaved and cut away each day. this is the second time i've nailed this leg,last 1 being 10 years ago while tuning a very lean 125 mx stroker. Doesnt quite compete with my last injury where i was picken gravel outa my healed wounds up to 2 years after the incident.I'll wack up some updated puss shots in the next few days.
