Ive never done the trek to the GP before and am thinking before I head off to Darwin that I might have do go this year... Only prob is that it might be a case of taking 2 days to get down there and 2 days to get back for work...
Anyone else thinking of going?

mate mongrel is a nice machine that you have made your own i have spent waayyy to much time and money on predator but thats the way i wanted it so dont put yourself down mate i love the look of mongrel and you should be happy with it mate cos as far as im concerned a modified bike is a modified bike and that gets top marks in my book

I was going to do it this year but I changed jobs and have no holidays so I now plan to do it next year, its 2000klm from here to Philip Island , I was going to set aside 4 days and head up through the Alpine Way and through the snowys if possible.
If anyone is going from Brisvega, which routes are you going?

Hey Sidy. We rode down last year from the Gold Coast. Allow 3-4 days and take the good roads mate. Through the centre. If you're really keen I could tell you the route we took.
