the track bike is now so close to finished that i can taste it.
big thanks to chubs for the fairings.
took it for a spin on sunday. goes well. should be enough to get me into trouble.
just got to grind rear disc and fit new pads. install a new veypor loom to save taking the loom on and off the road bike. fit sticky tyres. balance carbies. swap the long clutch cable with chubs std length unit and then thrash the shit out of it.
pic of the cockpit.
got a red and green high intensity LED below the temp/clock.
veypor needs a loom and its a runner.
I look forward to see'n it in the flesh, you've done a great job from what I can see here.

I see what you mean about the clutch cable. Damn!
Hey what bike did you get the drilled front discs from? I wouldn't mind doing that, mine are slotted and don't look too good.
the complete front end except wheel is off a 94 mod 750. they changed from 4 piston to 6 piston calipers aswell on that model
clutch cable is way to long for clipons. even the throttle cables hit against the back of the headlight badly when turning the bars left
Ah. '94 model - that explains it. And you've got extended throttle cables too - Sounds like more stuff we need to swap - this is coming in really handy!
