I aint in no real rush to get this done this summer. Its gonna be next seasons drag bike. After mine and Caveys jawnt down the Ramsey sprint we've got the bug Caveys on about selling his Buell to fund his 1/4 mile obsession. Ive been collecting parts for this for a few months now and have got pretty much everything i need Its just the ally welding thats holding me back

Ive got this Kawazaki 636 seat unit set up ,ive choped 70mm off the bottom rail and it mates up to the frame shhweeet,it kicks up the arse end a treat with the line of the pillion pad flowing with the lines of the tank, the riders seat just needs trimming back about 20mm for a puka finish

I remember that delivery shot from ages ago Jim. This one's been taking a back row. Now you've got the Bandit done I reckon this thing is going to turn out bloody great. By the way, don't leave the soldering iron on if the power goes off in the garage mate.

Yeah Si, i took charge of the project back in January and its gone on the back burner untill now due to getting the Bandit finished for the TT. Ive been collecting parts at random off ebay if they were at bargain prices and with what ive already got in the garage, have now got pretty much everything to go . The only things thats outta my hands are the CNC and the ally welding , thats down to T.E.S engineering. They're knockin up a THUG bottom yoke in a MV Augusta styley, extending a Busa swingarm 10" over and machining up a new hub for the Oz racing back wheel and an adjustable shock mount....

Heres the front wheel of a pair i scored off ebay last year for £520+£20 for the posty, they came with proper fucked tyres, the PVM cast iron discs upfront and a wavey at the back

The front slots into the Busa fork sweet, but when i tried to sort a sprocket carrier it all went tits up I tried K series and SRAD[?]Oz wheels UK and Cresent Suzuki didnt wanna know so i took it down to T.E.S engineering and they are gonna machine me up a new hub out of 5" billet to except a K seies carrier. I can feel a trip up to the ebay sellers house with the old hub and i just might try some internal irragation with it on the CUNT [}]

So much for a weekend working on the bike After my friday nite escapade and the police helicopter, i spent the w/end under cover with the family. I did get a fone call from T.E.S today tho the new hub for the oz wheels almost finished, my bottom yoke ready and just needs me to sign it off, and the slugs are done for Busa arm extentions. Im gonna shoot down there this friday with Cavey n Spart so will get some bike porn fotos up for you lot

Ok update time folks, things came to a standstill due to problems down at TES engineering...So i got on with what i could while i sorted another welder out. I got hold of Caveys WP tank and Busa arm that he was gonna slap on his B12 and here we go.....

I pulled the Plug on TES engineering and gave him 1 months notice to have my hub, bottom yoke and swingarm sorted. The date was set for the 27/11, i went down there early on the 28th and was banging on his door at 9am. The swingarm was in the jig ready to go to the welders, the hub was still a 4" chunk of ally and he'd done my yoke wrong again !!!!!

I finally left his workshop 8hours later still minus the hub
