Willowbank Streetbike Shootout 14/04/07

Ok this is the big one. Here is a quote from the promoter of this great event.

"Lock in the date everyone. This will be a BIG ONE!!!

This time we'll be racing in an Elimination Shootout.

Details are still being finalised, but we'll more than likely run a DYO eliminator for those who want to participate.

This won't hold up the normal shootout and will be run along side those who wish to just keep honing their skills.

At present, anyone running in the Sportsbike Shootout eliminator will get entry to the Willowbank Street Meet Bike Eliminator to be run later that night.

We're currently discussing another training school for advanced and beginners to preceed the event as well.

So get the word out anyway you can. Let's go for the big 100 entries!!

Hopefully we will get over 100 bikes to this event. And that puts us closer to holding an all bike meet one day.

I have band practise on in the morning but I should be able to get there in the arvo .. it doesnt start until after 12 anyways does it ? I too wont be taking part .. found out today I need new clutch plates .. the budget at the moment really doesnt allow for that.. When I get the 1100 motor in it and I learn the ins and outs of dragging I would love to have a go 8)
