Eastern Creek 9th & 10th Dec trackday report

Just got back from two days of awesome fun at Eastern Creek.
Happy with the results, I was a bit compromised with top end speed on my naked Triumph Daytona. Next time I will have at least a top fairing!!!!!
Best lap time was 1.45.62.

I get the official photographers CD soon; I’ll post some pictures up then.

Anybody go?

Nah, couldn't get a bike.....going this Sunday on my mates R1......what days did u go on....Did they allow u on the GSXR ride day on Monday....hehehehe

You didn't try entering the Daytona as a stripped GSXR on the Monday then racecomp?

Did the 9th and 10th of Dec, I had to let the bike go on turn two on my last section!!!! Not my fault, a fellow rider lost control for a moment and I had no choice but to take evasive action mid corner. The other rider was very upset and offered to pay for the damage. I declined his offer, his apology was enough for me…. No joy with the GSXR ride day, think I would have been busted…..LOL.....LOL......

I’m back on the track at Mallala on Friday for Ducati Adelaide’s ride day…..
I hope the shoulder feels better by then, if not I’ll just put up with the pain and cry later……..

Went into hospital on Tuesday was sent home about lunchtime on Wednesday should be out of action for between four to six weeks, hoping to go on next ride day on the 14th of January.

I will be doing my 1st track day there on that date with a couple of the boys from the Illawarra Riders might have to catch up with a thew of you if you make the date

Hey TRX900 did you end up making the event yesterday i was in B2 was my first trackday and was hovering around 2min 4sec not fast but i was happy got permission off the mrs for a track toy now so whant have the image of dumping down my only mode of transport at the track.
