    Evans Head Meet

Well Fellas This was a pretty crazy weekend
1st I wanna say a massive THANKS to Davo to organising the weekend - Best fun ive had for a VERY long time.

Its a pretty cool lil town

Basically there was (the hardcore members [])

    DAVO
    JOE
    OZKAT
    LARGE
GIX11 and SUPERCHARGER MARk (for a few hours - Top effort on the ride down)

Evans Head Rocks after about 10:30. Met some awesome people! Partied hard and still cant walk in a straight line - Pardon the Pun. GREAT weekend.
Never drank so much Wild Turkey in my life. Still burping out the shit! The Locals really do Rock though Davo was even paying some of them to jump of Bridges[:0] And some nice fellas wanted Davos packet of ciggis " GIMME DAT!"

And while we were there we thought FUCK IT! lets have a spert anyways. Well it was to 1st see Ozkat run his secret weapon[:0]

and the winner between Turbokat and Ozkat is.. OZKAT with a 8min 36sec pass - [] Beat that one Turbo u big no show.[^][][)]

This was after some massive bug smashed all over Joes visor @ 200+ kmph

This is really a "What could have been" shot.
Within a couple of minutes of getting to the strip a few locals had turned up...then more and more turned up before we pissed off. It had been advertised in the local rags so there were quite a few keen locals.

We even met a bloke in the pub on sat night who had come down from Brisvegas for the meet as he didn't know it was postponed

We basically used where Large and Davo were standing as the breaking point. Last run i managed 236KMph ended up way over the lil off run bit. I believe Mark's top speed was pretty sweet, didnt catch how fast it was though! Cheers for the awesome picci too Large!

I knew i shoulda gone down there, whose idea was it to stay home & mow lawns & clean up garage & get fuggin sunburnt anyway?
Oh, that's right it was mine, what a dickhead i am, i LOVE wild turkey.
At least the money i didn't spend will pay for me new gearbox in the Kwaka.

i was nudging 220kmph at the braking point, and was pulling up to a dead stop, about 75meters short of the end of the actual runway strip, and the sv's brakes are nothing special.

its a shame this didnt go thru as a full on event, would have been fucking unreal, the locals REALLY WANTED THIS TO HAPPEN.

    cheers.joe.

Shit guys you could have said there would be turkey [] and you had a blast on the strip.........
Glad you had fun & hope your weekend helps get things off the ground.
How far were you going before braking?

Ps i have found a local airstrip that doesn't mind me practicing , not as smooth as Evans though 1.4 kms longest run with a bump in the middle as you cross the other runway.Going to sus it out for chances at more than slipping a bike in before the morning traffic.

Not that it's calibrated perfectly, but my digital speedo records the highest speed and it said 223kph when I pulled up on mine. Mark reckons he read 250 on his but we were evenly paced so one of them is out.
