Well its finally back, so here it is, new thread, now with pics, enjoy, still needs frame polish and a lot of other bits but im pretty happy for now. Ride is fukn awesome compared to how it was before (the handlebar setup is way more comfortable and easier to chuck around).

Ah yes, price, the bike when i bought it last year was 3.5k, which was fairly good price considering the ks (28k) and overall condition (mint externally, not a problem mechanically since purchase).

Then i had my accident (1 and a half months ago), and the options were, full repair with all fairings (3.5k+ with respray....ridiculous, could just buy a new bike), or streetfighter it. So ofcourse i went the sf path, cost was 2.2k

    So total = 3.5 + 2.2 = 5.7k

Which is a bit much i know, unless it was an RR, some people pay 6.5k for RR, and when it comes time to sell i probably wouldnt get 4k for it(although id like to heh). But my only other option after the stack was to sell the bike off for spare parts or damaged (max i would've got is 2k and thats optimistic), so yeh, i'd rather have the bike for sentimental reasons [:I]

The rest of the work i can do myself (respray was homejob, and frame/wheel polishing i know a few people). So it won't cost me anymore.... i hope

Hehe, i do enjoy a good photoshoot, speaking of which took some closeups for some of the boys on cbr250 forums, may as well post up here too. Can see the ignition has been moved to side of the bike, lot of wiring rerouted.

you should turn your headlight brakets around so they face down it will give
the front of the bike a lower look by lowering the headlight unit abit have a look at mine
in your rides under damos blade

other than that its good to have yet another honda on board welcome

Think there standard ones dRRew, nothin fancy. Nice fukn wheelie man haha
Damos, considered it but i like the current instrument cluster position, if i flipped the brackets would mean the cluster would sit on a slightly different angle.
