Chops, snags, big pot of honey chicken wings, potatoe salad, bread rolls, beers will do then.
I'll arrange to catch you guys as you come up the Monaro into Canberra.

Sounds good to me Chalky.
Are you blokes sure about 4 days, maybe we could add on a couple extra days and go via fucken Tasmaniathey tell me Perth is good at that time of year. Yeah should be right, just gotta organise work. Iceman, are you going to meet at Lillydale? Are we doing anything about accom. on the way up? Should we get together soon and sort this shit out? Riding to Noojee for lunch at the pub on sunday if anybody is interested[8D]
I'm not going to the Lillydale meet up point, it would mean riding just over two hours in the wrong direction. I'm go'n to wait at Oxley and join in then.
As for the accom. I am under the impression that we are making it up as we go along. Foxy might be able to give you an answer, he seems to have a better idea of what's going on.
"It's the eighties and I'm down with the ladies"
need to organize accom for the way up and way back aswell
ideas anyone?
Kind be handy to know who is coming up on the four day ride with us too so we can try and fit a few ppl in each room.
Day one I was thinking of the Court House Hotel in Corryong
Day two I heard the best option is Governor's Hill Motel (also to be very weary of the fact that the NSW police training academy is in Golbourn and the surrounding areas are usually littlered with cops)
Day three is the house of Fimp
Day four is all organised by Davo
O.K.
We'll make a list. I'm in for the 4 dayer

Wot time do you guy`s think you`ll be floating thru Walcha[?]
11am is wot iv`e calct out
Count us in for the 4 day trip, seems to be the most popular.
Rode thro Walcha a few months ago, stayed at Aspey Falls ( I think thats what it was called) what a top spot.
All sounds good to me Foxy, I've never stayed in Corryong but I stayed in Goulburn years ago & there's heaps of pubs, motels, etc to choose from, I reckon one is as good as the other so if you've got good mail on the Gov's Hill, I'm in for that.
For the record, I'm doing the 4 day ride, as I understand it, there will be;
Foxy
Deano
Deano's mate Shane
Gibbo (in the official ASF chase car)
My good self
Shano
GSXAR
Mr GSXAR
GSXAR friend #1
GSXAR friend #2?

Fair enough, I took it as him wanting to hook up with us there.
I'll be waiting at Oxley, I figure if I get there about 11:30 Wednesday morn'n, should give me enough time to have a smoke before you lot come roaring through. Not exactly sure where I'll be, on the main road somewhere.quote:Originally posted by turbokat

Spoke to Frank at the Corryong hotel motel, rooms start at $60 a double plus $10 per extra person, has 1 family room that will sleep 5 so that will be $110. Plenty of rooms available depending on peoples preferences, what rooms do you want- single- double- family?
And no, a family room does not include conjugal rights!!
Goulburn- Coolavin hotel $20 per head, no real secure parking.
Astor hotel motel approx $40 per head with a shed to park the bikes in. These prices are based on 11 people going. What do you reckon?
Sounds good to me.
