Sounds like a plan, I'm not really fussed, 3 or 4 days, I can get the time off no worries.(Part of my job is to plan and approve everybody's leave!)

I'll join up with the group at Oxley. 9 o'clockish if it's a 3 day ride or 11 ish if it's 4 days.

As for the final leg Newcastle to Macksville, I reckon the Pacific Hwy is the go. The quicker we get there the earlier we can, 'Let the drinking begin'.

the point of this trip is the ride there once there we will be drinking. the pacific hwy is a shit road full of roadworks. wankers in cars and cops. thunderbolts way s a good ride and going up that way is worth it. just ask deano hes done it. its up to you lot but you will miss out on some good riding.

Well Just handed in my leave of absence form and got the green light from the boss, so I'm all set for the four day run.

Rexie, I only added Pacific Hwy as an option due to the amount of K's we will be doing in order to get to Newcastle.
Some may not feel up to a 7 hour ride on the last day, and prefer to piss on as soon as possible.
There's always the ride home too.
If I'm up to it I'd prefer to do Thunderbolt way as well.

The trip back will be a bit of improvising of the route up.
Maybe a half day ride leaving some time in the afternoon on Sunday.
Plan on getting home on the Wednesday.

Just look'n at the plan Fimp, both the 3 and 4 day rides end up in Newcastle on the Friday, so they'll probably only be 15 - 20 of us

Righto all, I've just got off the blower to Deano & Shano & we need to clear a few things up. [?]
We'll be doing the 4 day run & we're keen to stop off at Chateau Chalk for a bbq lunch & a couple while we're in Canberra on Thursday, so if you're offering Chalky, we're gratefully accepting.
Also, we reckon the Sydney crew could meet us at Windsor or somewhere to do the stretch from there to Newy if there's anyone interested.
Accomodation at Newy seems to be at Casa del Fimp, if that offer still stands Fimp, & you can house maybe 10 of us (most of us are happy to sleep on the floor) then we're in thanx mate.
Are the Newy crew all getting to Macksville via Thunderbolts? If so, it would make sense to assemble the Vic, Syd & Newy crews at the same meet point & all ride up together.
We're highly flexible, us Mexicans, so let us know if all this is too hard & we'll <s>tell you all to get fucked</s> I mean, work something out.

Thanx boys, mighty white of youz.

Fimp; should be in Newy around 4pm ish at this stage so yeah, we could meet you on the way home from work. Obviously, we'll exchange Mob. No's beforehand so we can let you know if we're running late/whatever.

Chalky; Choice aged eye fillet, imported German Bratwurst & Spanish Chorizo sausages I s'pose will suffice. [] Only <s>serious</s> joking, whatever is normal Chalk fare is OK by us.

Gibbo, are you com'n on the 4 dayer? I still need someone to carry my shit, as the GS has barely enough room for me let alone a bag.
