    Sorry davo i must have miss read your message if you mean the top triple clamp no they dont.We do bolt on risers which bolt to your original top triple.Sorry if i miss lead you.
    But ive got them on my blade streeter the lift im running is 50mm from top of clamp to center of bars(2inches in old scale)and run renthal bars and recon that its perfect.

    no wories mate.check out www.austreetfighters.com.au under top yolks an you'll see what i was after.then you'll know why i thought $120 was a bargain.but like i said in previuos post,mcs risers $39.95.adjustable rise,adjustable angle.Still like to see the foto but mate,sounds custom.Who do you work for??? my bro is Mark1 spares at Narrabeen,you may know him(Geoff).if not he probly knows you.
