Oh, heard about a Kat (wire wheels, original, good cond) today, which may be coming up for sale in the next 6 months, cheap ($3k?). If I don't take it, is anyone else interested?

Yeah not many minters around anymore.
One of the guys in NZ (Betti from England, OSS) was looking at one in Tassie just recently, but didn't take it due to the cost of shipping to NZ. I think the condition was ok though.
priced at $1700, which makes it a cheap enough buy.

near bought a schmick EX 11 in fresh gunmetal about 7 yr ago 4 2 large.had a real low seat ht and pulled lke a train. i fell in love with the l.e.d. dash that displayed a picture of the bike.a red light would appeaer indicating any probs that would arise. But the EFE 11 was definately the machine on which 2 be seen.May i dare say that todays GSX-R is just a bi-product of the old girls!
