    Pick up bike next week[8D]i got an idea of wot it will be in the end but no turbo[^]all turboing does is teach you how to bolt one on to make it work(please no arguing)i`d rather build in asperated engine to get resultsno turbo`s in Moto G.P[:X]
    Anyway[)]it will be STRONG & old skoolbut up to date.Hope i`m not confusing peeps already[?]
    I will have the whole build on here as a progress[]
    Stay tuned & dont touch that dial.

    When I was looking to buy my Kat i was told to get a
    GSX1100"SD" Katana, one of the last made.
    (Which I did [8D] )
    Apart from the nicer wheels / pegs etc I was told it had a better engine.

    Different clutch, crank and a few other bits.
    Not the same as the early GSX11 ET and EX.

    Is that right ?
    Is that what you have in yours ?
    Sure Suzuki put in other bikes ?

    ah yes,Herb the mad pilot. bought the aviation sun glasses back into fassion a few years ago...now all the youth of today are wearin em.
    The stories of light air craft aviation is enough to scare anyone when Herb's tellin it how it is.Only coz he's smiling like there was never anything wrong. Give him a big squeeze on the nuts from me Mad.

    At home & it`s all mine.Ive` started the strip & the front end is coming srtaight off.So if someone that has a "Kat" requiring parts in really good nic post please?Fimp you may be interested in wot is not being put back on the bike[8)]

    As far as I know Tony NO. Same engines, some changes to the electronics only. The only change to the internals on the GSX11 series was when the EF came out with 1135cc.
