4 cylinder 500cc RG suzuki motor into a Lambretta...
That would be an interesting ride
Glenn Eason drinks and smokes and lends his arse to other blokes
I like the way this bloke thinks, but its still a scooter lol
What a waste of an RG engine.
thats a scooooooter on PCP hahahaha what a top ride
I don't believe I have actually seen that!
Man that is crazy and what a job looks great!
Madman
Hell Yeah! I've seen a few 350LC into scooter jobs but they are nowhere near as tidy as this, the ultimate sleeper. Based on the theory that you need a long swingarm for traction I'm not sure how he's going to go with a 6" arm but what the hell. A great use of a RG donk
good luck keeplng the front wheel on the ground
Hi,
I just saw this thread in a google search, anyway the scoot/bike? is on the road, it just won best engineered at a custom show on the Isle of wight, here are some up-to date pics, plan is to sort out all the bugs then strip and paint.
It's got twin disks on the front and single on the rear an 18ltr tank and the engine is tuned.
The rolling chassis and pipes were made by Frank Sanderson the cone kit by Mark dent and the end cans from Dave Sawrbrick,
Its easy to ride, very stable, I'm just running in so havent got it into the power yet but cant wait. We are trying to run it in then do a track day or dyno to set it up, its not everyones taste but I didnt build it for everyone, it turns heads wherever it goes. It will look alot better when painted.
The reason for the frame colour change from white to orange was it went up in flames about 6 weeks ago due to an overflowing float bowl caused by a faulty O ring and one of the forward facing pipes back fired, anyway the carb was fixed and end can modified, so I rebuilt in a different colour. Your first pic was how I got it from Franks, then I added all the brackets and powder coat in white
i love 2-strokes!!! especially big 2-strokes in small frames, i had a RG500 powered RGV250.........
but you are a sick sick man!
i love it!

I had a gsx1400 moteur and a Sachs Dash laying around last week.
I only rode a mate's Lambretta a few times and it was a laugh at the speed it did, but this is off it's head! Imagine the fun at the lights. You're a mad man - you're in the right forum.
On the "scooter" theme....
Some very old pic's I took at Avon Park Raceway...

Thanks for the comments I will try to get some more pics and videos, the rolling chassis and pipes were done by Frank Sanderson, I just did the wiring water and oil then put the thing together
I think there must be somone else out there doing a similar project as I dont think I could wheelie a Ducati, I'm more used to 3 wheels
i had a RG500 and that thing would be INSANE ! [:0]
