Thats right ladies the ASF xmas party is in the final stages of being the best event you have attended for some time.

this event will be held on 3rd and 4th of december an will include
all you can handle drag racing & grudge racing, beer, burnouts, good times, beer, camping, beer and of coarse a hangover.
the track will be all ours on the saturday from early arvo till the evening when the ASF bracket racing competition starts. Then the beer comes out for a good old fashioned ASF piss up.
camping at the circuit is encouraged
Heathcote Raceway is located 125km from Melbourne CBD in central vic so all you vic guys have no excuse not to come along. From sydney it is a 9 hour drive, but will be worth the trek.
for this event to take off we need a show of hands as to who is keen. we are opening this event up to ASF members and friends only so this guarentees a top weekend.
the final details including price are still been flogged out and as they become confirmed you will be updated.
there is a minimum number we need for this to go ahead so if numbers look good then we will lock it in.
if members can reply if keen and if you plan on bringing mates etc then add them to your reply.
Rider entry including camping - $100
Spectator entry including camping - $30
No byo – drinks at bar prices.
Bar open till late
Gates open at 1pm and racing starts at 2pm. Gates will close again at 4pm so you need to be in the circuit by then.
Prepayment of a minimum of 20 entrants required before the end of September for event to be confirmed.
