    Hyo, depending on the amount of bikes you want to fit on the trailer, I would grab some wheel chock things from rocketbikes. make the floor flat and have the chocks bolted down to the floor. You could get folding loops to tie down the rear tyres. Then when you need just a flat trailer, remove all the gear and bam, flat trailer.

    These things -> http://rocketbikes.com.au/index.php?...products_id=60

    Right I just finished putting my trackbike on the trailer when I remembered this thread so you can't see everything as clearly but I got some pics.. hopefully they'll help you a bit. remember only pimp trailers have mags.

    Trailer fits 3 dirtbikes, 2 racebikes or any 1 bike in the middle, but I still have to widen the middle section a bit and make better tie down points at the front.

    Some people don't have the guts to join the defence force to make their country a better place, I'm fine with that.

    Some people arent smart enough to make a difference at home so they join the defence force, i believe its a natural selection process that has been going on for centuries. I'm fine with that.

    I'm sure it helps war widows sleep at night knowing that some people think it is natural selection. Maybe you should put that on a big sign and wear it on ANZAC day, you know that day where we celebrate those susceptible to natural selection who are the reason we aren't speaking gook or German.

    Hyo, I'm thinking of building a trailer as well. Not gonna make it a specific bike trailer. It's gonna be a box trailer with a bolt in wheel chock to lock the front wheel, and a couple of tie down points

    Here is my effort at building a box trailer
    It should tow flat behind my Patrol but it will be a cunt to load bikes into because the floor is 600mm from the ground.

    Holy bling wheels Batman lol. What sort of clearance do you have from the top of the tyres to the guards ?
    Mine is just over 120mm which is more or less the spec that most camper trailer companies set theirs up to.

    Mine will be used for general shit like dump runs and ferrying the kids bikes around so weight won't be too much of a concern for me (front leaf springs from an MQ patrol should be sufficient )it looks like you have very little clearance but that could be the pics.......
