    Derestricting 50cc Scooter


    I think Scotty may be the man to answer this one, but I know with the Yamaha Zumas there was a kit with heavier clutch weights and an after market pipe which gave you 80k's an hour (even when I weighed 110kgs).

    I have a SYM Blue Devil 50cc scooter which I am debating selling or derestricting and using for the 6 1/2 minute commute to Uni. At this stage The commuter option is winning, but I don't know how to derestrict it.

    Does anyone know? Or do any of you know where I can find the info on how to do it?
