hey sports fans, here is this weeks update

    checking engine/swingarm/chaiss alignment

cut the exhaust into 7 peices reshape front header to avoid melting the fairing

swingarm pivot outriggers because the new swingarm pivots in the arm not the engine case

we have to create one set of clamps out of two as the forks have grown from 50mm to 56mm...
did i mention i love my job

to quote from the demolition man "Enhance your calm john spartan or Gitzy" im about a third of the way with this build.i cant take any credit for the welding so ive taken it to Lee who is most awesome. the hyper forks are away at dynotime as russ does all the drag bike forks by putting a travel limiter inside the cartridge to lower the ride height 70mm.i spoke to Ben about the triple clamps but i can get the work here at protwin which is alot easier than always having stuff flying across the country if we have to make any small adjustments or changes which happens with one off stuff.it should be done in three weeks so thats when your next installment..see ya

here we are this weeks update...stop Gitzy from fretting

thanks to lee the welders most awesomeness frame mods are completed

rocker pivot once the frame is repainted it will look like it was meant to be there

ugly but efective exhaust carbon Howler muffler under construction

    rejigged header siamesed
as you guys can apreciate there is much to do the forks are back 70mm shorter thanks Russ(Dyno time)the ride height looks right but there is miles of adjustment i may have to replace the fork springs(harder)tod at Bunbury Ducati will reflash the ecu and dash and dynotune once the Big intakes are fitted.did i mention this project has got me fired up..anyway untill next time..moz
