I finished off the suspension mount today. So the arms off to powdercoat next week, then I can start putting this sucker together.[8D]
Hey Ben at the speed your going you will be able to finish it and still ride around on it for a month, lol [8D]
how the pros work eh....this is why u get the big bucks ben? nice machining and welding mate very clean much respect...
Hey ben, I notice you've retained the original casting look after you've machined/welded stuff, I assume it'd be a help for registration purposes keeping it looking like it hasn't been structurally modified. How'd you get that look? One of those multi spikey air gun thingys? (dunno what you call 'em, I used one many years ago to strip p/coat off structural steel.)
Oh yeah, you're STILL making the rest of us look ordinary...... keep it up. [8D]
Can someone tell me exactly what this black thing with fins is... I assume it heats up a bit, just wondering, how hot it gets and if they need much air flow to keep them cool... the one on my bike is located at the front, just under the radiator, it gets plenty of air where it is, but i want to move it cos it looks crap...

A sock full of marbles?
needle gun
regulator / rectifier unit? it regulates the voltage and turns ac into dc for the bikes electrical system i believequote:Originally posted by catchmeifyoucan
