    The guy I use is a mate,he doesn't deal with the public but he does a nice job. With blasting will probably be bout $550-$600.

    I made some progress with the swingarm today.
    This is what I started with. 273mm wide at the pivot on the arm that needed to be taken down to 252mm to fit into the frame.

    First job was to sink the right bearing 15mm deeper into the arm then to machine 15mm off the outside.

    Then to machine 6mm off the Left side.

    Then I removed the original shock linkage mount.

    Now the arm fits.
    I still gotta make the shock mount tho.
