Dont worry mate will do but for now will just hijack Exben's post - They can make as a big a piece as you want - they glue the segments together like a jigsaw but the cost is too prohibitive. They charge by volume and time on the machine. I use these guys a fair bit through work so i know how to optimise a model to save $$$'s - I will end up making an endo skeleton to fibreglass over as the cheap material is very brittle. To get something fully formed and finished in durable carbon material would cost $1500 easy. I'm banking on about $200 for the prototype which would be ready to take a couple layers of glass.
