I also finished off the radiator & fan mount.I went to paint them & realised I was out of Black so that's tommorow's job. I also whipped up a Radiator guard, which is off to the powdercoaters tommorow.[8D]

it just slides over the rubber hoses, and the ends have hose clamps in em.

you can get cheap kits from auto pro and places like that.

Yes they cover the existing hose. I use this type of thing on hoses that have moulded bends in them, because you can't get moulded braided hose, (that I know of) & straight braided hose won't conform to the tight bends you need.
The ends have hose clamps built into them.
About $200-$300 to do the main rad hoses, although there is cheaper kits around I like the look of the better quality stuff.

Cheers Ben when you explain it like that I can understand the reason for needing the factory hoses , I think that they may also be for me

By contrast the other side looks quite bare. (For now anyway).
I wanted to keep the frame clean looking so I ran the top hose inside the frame instead of the standard position up the out side & through the hole.

The radiator setup looks factory! Really nice.

Any plans for the ram air holes? Just some mesh covers???

I am not convinced about the front fender. Looks a bit big for the light unit(in my opinion). Might be less noticable once the paints done, carbon fenders tend to look huge.

Cant have you thinking you are bloody perfect!!

    Everything else is sublime.............as usual.
