Tonight 4 July Test n Tune (Willowbank QLD)

First off, any you lot going down tonight? or staying home to watch the footy??
Im keen to get out and have a crack.. but have a questions first.

Can i get away with wearing my textile jacket?
Kevlar jeans are ok i know, but didnt know if needed to be leather jacket or not..
Its got all the full CE approved armour garb, and its pretty fookin tough, but textile..
The bikes only 400cc so not going to be breaking any major land speed records, except for maybe heaviest moped...

Rather ask here than go down pay my $45 and then get told at scrutineering "no".

I now have to be back at work for 7pm tonight.

Mate, this is probably too late as you've already been there. But I've worn my textile jacket there and haven't had any issues.

Yeah i didnt think it was a problem but looks like they changed the rules for sub 10sec bikes AND slower than..
i didnt run, but im pretty sure with my bike it wouldnt matter, im not running anywhere near 10 seconds on my 400..
