As the title says, I was peer pressured into buying this for the princely sum of $170. It came with a mold for a cafe racer seat so who knows where it will go? This is not the actual bike but pretty close.

$1500 for a ratty frame, incomplete motor, stuffed tank , no brakes etc .. very hard to get parts too :(
Then there was the 1925 Douglas for 9K, also incomplete.. did think about them both ...

It's duffs a shed build and I'm sure it's a fizzy frame with down tubes bolted in. Got confused by the front end though. Where's Jockney jim when you need him? He would have an idea, probably built one himself!Quote:

I have a heap of pulleys at home, gilmore and serps.
We should be able to get one to fit.
You will need to extend (hehe) the drive anyway so might need to make a nose for it.
Then you can fit any pulley you want.
I've been thinking about that bloody bike since i left for home...... More important things to buy at the moment tho.
