• APRIL 2014 - 'OZZY' made Workshop Hand Cleaner

This month we have something completely different!
Without further ado, I'll let Lynton (Ozzy1100) introduce this product:

This new hand cleaner is a NATURAL soap based product. It's ideal for cleansing light to heavily soiled hands, leaving the skin refreshed with a faint eucalyptus scent.

Pumice industrial hand cleaner is made using natural products and does not contain any petroleum or citrus solvents that dry out the skin and harm our waterways. It safety removes grease, grime and industrial soils without irritation to normal skin. The added bonus of eucalyptus oil, which has antiseptic qualities, leaves the hands with a pleasant eucalyptus fragrance.

This is a limited batch of a product I truly believe in and I am offering it to you ASF guys as a prize and also to try and get your feedback on the product to confirm my belief.

At the age of 13 I walked into my first factory workshop. For the last 25 years I have worked in everything from on-site heavy machining to hazardous goods manufacturing, with a good splash of construction and building industries thrown in. In that time I have used more types of hand cleaner than I care to remember. Without doubt this is the best product I have every used! It is produced by a small independent family business, very proud to be continuing a great history of truly Australian products. They only make limited batches, mainly to order. I was so impressed by their product that I approached them to ask if they would consider producing smaller quantity containers, better suited for the enthusiast; and here we are.

Prices are yet to be determined as they have kindly agreed to allot part of the next batch to me if trial feedback is positive. Initial estimates place this product squarely in the range of what you would find on the shelves at your local auto outlet, but at far better value to the end user based on the theory that on average, you will only use a third of the amount, with a far better result.

I am more than happy to donate this product for this month’s ASF Competition. I feel sure the winners will be just as impressed as I have been and I would greatly appreciate your feedback of this very much ASF inspired product trail.

Ozzy’s hand cleaner - we rock on so you can take dirt off…

      Lynton

There will be multiple winners as Ozzy is offering one 2kg tub and four 1 kg tubs (as pictured) valued at approximately $30 and $15 respectively.

...and the best part? You don't have to do anything! It's as all our competitions will be from now on; call it a DOOR PRIZE for all donating members. All you have to do is say "I'm in!" below.

If you are an active Full ASF Member (which you are if you can read this post) on the date of the draw you will be added to the draw to win this prize. It's that simple. All you need to do is make sure your ASF Full Membership is current.
