Pop-up Katana front discs

Looking for original fitment front disc/s in roadworthy condition to suit a pop-up Kat. Anyone got something with a bit of meat on it they are willing to sell?

This photos shows an original disc still on the bike, you may notice the one on the other side is an aftermarket (EBC). As best I can work out dimensions are 39.25 mm between bolt centres (there are 6 mounting bolts to the wheel) off set is about 12 mm and dia of disc is about 275 mm. I had to take these measurements with disc still on the bike so they are not real accurate - sorry.
