This is the first bandit cover I did which I sold on ebay (uk) as with all my covers the feedback was great if you have a look you will see. I am going to do a batch of these withe a bigger window soon. These covers sell on there to the highest bidder for around £200 I do not know what it is in your currency I do not know if you would need to pay import tax. I am led to believe the postage is not a silly amount but I have not sold abroad before. It would be interesting to find out if there is a big market abroad and if there is much competition. My covers are very unique having no bolts exposed I spend a stupid amount of time on each cover but I have to be totally happy with them before I sell them.It would be much easier to make large batches but I need a bigger market any comment that can help me would be gratefully received. Many thanks DAVE.

SRAD SRAD SRAD!!!! I have had a few requests for srad clutch covers now and I am wondering if there may be much of a market for them. I have been told they are very popular in the states. The reason you never see these covers with windows in is because they are magnesium castings.I have discussed getting some billets of mag machined to make some of these covers but as yet I do not believe the market is big enough. To start with the cost of the billet is very high as well as the welding rods, the 20 mag rods I bought two years ago cost £100 so to do any they would cost a fortune. I do not think enough people will want them at a profitable price. If I get enough response I may make some at some point but do not think it will be soon. In a few more years aluminium castings may be a thing of the past it will be interesting if anybody will ever do a magnesium clutch cover windows. I have welded mag with no probs it is not impossible. you can not polish mag and it needs to be powder-coated as it oxidises so fast.

I have not finished the new style xjr timing cover as yet and had not decided how much to sell it for. I will post a pic of the first new cover as soon as it is finished, everyone I have asked has said the logo looks better with the letters cut away, so you can see through the letters. If you like the new one you could make me an offer. Many thanks Dave RIDE SAFE !!!!
