Can some-one please tell me where the vagina is on this bike.
(Yeah, I know, would be easy if I was sitting on it).
Went from this fuel injected, horn bag thing,

to c.o.a.t. in a blink.
Starter clutch has I think 'cupped' back copper washer, but I can't get rotor off without tool. I'm about to make one, but thought I'd ask first. I'm not allowed to make swarf, I twitch wires.
Anyone got one I can buy/lend?
Local Suzuki agent hasn't got this one.
Thread is 30x1.5 mm.
Head off again with cam/spring/rocker issues.
Bastard thing.
Cheers
Graeme

The inside of the rotor is threaded. You can use an appropriate bolt (on a GS450 you can use the rear axle [:0]) with a spacer inside to remove the rotor. Find a 6mm allen bolt the right length to seat inside the end of the crank, bolt in the "axle" so it seats firmly on the allen bolt and give the "axle" a tap with a hammer.

I shit you not it will work - I got this from a Haynes manual and I've done it ;)

Yeah, no joy there, Hillsy. Mine is a different setup, I think.
Apparently there's even different types in the same model, from what I can glean.
Ended up ordering a mcs one @ $106.
Whadayado? Gotta have and time is of the essence.
Need new cams too, as drag ones too savage and chew up valve gear with road use.
Also gotta tune EFI, fix starter and AFR sneaking up.
AAARRRGGGGH!

Hey Bloke.
Suspension from GSXR 750, front n back.
Busa throttle bodies, 310cc Blackbird injectors, Megasquirt controller I built from a kit.
No O2 sense( draws about 7 amps), will map on dyno and see how we go.
Worst case scenario on rotor, bastard thing spun on crank, despite best efforts to stick it on properly first time. Bugger!
I've cleaned it up best I can, but looks like this is now gunna be a ongoing battle to keep it stuck. Was trying to avoid that cos I've played this game before, no fun there.( Maybe I did find the vagina, after all. Hope it's only got one!)
Cheers,
G

Hey greg,Kat looks awesome..... love it
Are you running MS1 Extra?
Bummer about the flywheel, did it pick up on the crank taper?
Maybe you try lapping it in onto the taper?
