View Full Version : Iceman got bored

Iceman
17-11-2008, 03:16 PM
As the title says, with the turbo bike dead and no money to fix it, the RF in bits awaiting parts from Germany, I got bored. I've had this z250 kwaka sitt'n around for years and thought it was about time it got a face lift. It'll never be registered again but might get dunny bike duties at local race events. 20 degrees extra rake, rear lowered 5.5inches and made rigid, 10inch longer forks. Just need a sissybar, some mini-apehangers and renew my ambulance subscription, then we're good to go[B)]

I'm up to $79 now, so it looks like I might break the $100 budget.

Speaking of death traps, it reminds me of a mates bike from years gone by
chopper trumpy, hardtail, looooong front extensions , and real low in the back... with a 13" MG rim laced onto the trumpy hub, that square edged tire was an experiance all of its own trying to go around corners,
Just throwing ideas out there if you want to try something quite different ;)
