http://img148.imageshack.us/img148/1219/26082008427oa4.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

always comes a vance&hines sidewinder header on it with the supertrapp in the
position as now..
must change for that something at the belly...
and MUST change the fender (there comes a little smooth one on it)
if i use the headlight unit or an billet headlight (an other one as now)
i will see when i get finished the rest...

http://img516.imageshack.us/img516/253/26082008428yl9.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

Saisons end in germany..
now i can start the new build of the slabbie...
yesterday i statet with it an looks how some of the new parts looks on the bike..

at first the new PM wheels, header and the basic one
for the new seat unit..

http://img230.imageshack.us/img230/1231/knickeranfang010jy4.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

http://img293.imageshack.us/img293/222/knicker08003uf9.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

http://img117.imageshack.us/img117/1658/knicker08006pv5.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

http://img378.imageshack.us/img378/3967/knicker08012im9.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

http://img227.imageshack.us/img227/6499/knicker08017ci6.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

thats all for today..
what comes next..
WHITE POVER hayabusa front fork, hayabusa swingarm (maybe a longer one ??)
leo vince gp exhaust, front + rear wave rotors, didnt know if i should
use my brand new typ 4 headlight unit

http://img201.imageshack.us/img201/5427/geil002zt8.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

or only a headlamp..
and all the little parts a had laying arround since month..
colour would be a silver/white perlmutt...

http://img90.imageshack.us/img90/1127/731ew0.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

, polished 100 things around the bike..
make all engine covers with windows...
and so on..

at thr end ther will be 80% of the bike new
and it was komplete different to this wat it was..

Gix11
17-11-2008, 11:24 PM
Keep it coming mate!

outlaw6660
17-11-2008, 11:24 PM
The second working day..

first i turned out the old forks
left the old ones / right the new one..

http://img352.imageshack.us/img352/2620/knicker082001os4.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

then i take out the old 11 W swinger

http://img221.imageshack.us/img221/526/knicker082008ud8.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

and check up how the busa swingarm fits..

http://img509.imageshack.us/img509/7971/knicker082011yc6.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

and with the wheel..

http://img371.imageshack.us/img371/4627/knicker082012ga8.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

http://img65.imageshack.us/img65/9436/knicker082017hi8.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

looks pretty cool i think..
i ve got only two little problems..
first one i must go 7 mm throug the right sight with the complete swingarm to get the chain runs absolutly straight..
but thats not a big problem..
i have these bubbles at the inside of the frame
http://img80.imageshack.us/img80/3563/knicker082015uk0.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

at the ride side i make them smaler for 7 mm then it goes how it should be..
make a distance for the left side..

and the second one are the linkages
they are much to short..

http://img341.imageshack.us/img341/8505/knicker082016sz2.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

but i think i make me some adjustable ones for it so i can
make it higher or lower to the right high (with or without a longer swinger)
thats all for now..

outlaw6660
02-12-2008, 01:57 AM
ther are not so many thinks i could do in the last time
(i `am waiting for tonnes of parts)
but a little bit i `ve done

closed the subframe

the lower part is mirror polished stainless steel
the closing part of the seat unit would be painted in
motorcycle colour

http://img514.imageshack.us/img514/9665/knicker085007tx0.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

http://img383.imageshack.us/img383/5639/knicker085006ae5.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

and today i put the tyres on the rims

http://img145.imageshack.us/img145/645/knicker086003vo4.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

befor (left) now (right)

http://img82.imageshack.us/img82/761/knicker086002gn3.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

and take the rear wheel inside to see how it looks..

http://img372.imageshack.us/img372/7875/knicker086006yq9.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

http://img239.imageshack.us/img239/4158/knicker086007xy5.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

i think it would looks cool if the swingarm is 6-7 inch longer..

know the frontend comes complete new,(except the handlebar)
at the weekend i sold the tripples and there comes new ones in.
new rear sets comes also

http://img529.imageshack.us/img529/8614/knicker087001ry9.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

and some more little parts
i found they doesn `t fit from the old version..
if the parts arrived more next..

now i must drill the caliper holder a little bit smaler to fit
between the wheel and the swingarm..

half an hour later the swingarm had an 2,5 cm high up kit in
and the headers are on..
(i must change the sidewinder against brand new marving headers
because the cbr1000 forks are 5 cm shorter than the forks befor
and so it is not high enough for using the sidewinder for driving
right side curves)
