Needed a 1/2"drive breaker bar and 15/16 socket for something today and intended to only buy that as a service tool for a particular machine to keep in the vehicle....but fuck me Sidchrome is 50% off at Repco at the moment. So got a full set of 1/2" for $150, Down from $298. Also a set of Sidchrome ratchet open enders in metric for $100 down from $195. These were from Repco.
Went next door to SCA and found that the prices on the post christmas sale were higher than pre christmas. Still advertised as on special from RRP but were not as good as pre christmas. F'instance; Cheapo parts washer before xmas $129, post Xmas $229, RRP $240.
I watch retail prices on tools pretty close as I am often day dreaming and these were too good to pass up.
Anyway get into Repco and get some good tools cheap.
