It's Guys like this who make it harder for us to appeal our licences in Court, and bring costs of fines up as i have learned.
I went to appeal my loss , paid the fine no probs was gonna appeal on the suspension period only, Guess what was forced to withdrawer my appeal by my Solictor through fear of repocutions .
While it looks great it also gives us as riders a real bad name.
My penalty was speeding on an outback country road not a soul in sight not one scarret of danger to the public what so ever but a battle cruiser was hiding in the bushes on an adjacent dirt road... and bang I got done.
Just goes to show they can be anywhere at anytime you will get caught it's just a matter of when.
Had a guy here in Dubbo do 175 in a 50 zone at 6.30 in the morning not a soul around except for the local command he copped 8 months in jail with a non parole of 5 months and 5 years loss of licence[:0]
I can only imagine what will happen to these blokes when they are caught , they should be thankful they aren't in Dubbvegas , the magistrate here don't tolerate crap in anyway shape or form... Infact he was the Magistrate who handed down sentence to Shannon Noel.
My point is boys.... I have been on here for sometime and heve a lot of great mates who I have met on here, just don't get busted or killed , it just ain't woth it.
