slabside rear suspention parts needed

As the subject sayes, i need some suspention parts and this is a list of what i need,

pivot, dust seal for the swing arm pivot bushes, and the end plates used to hold the adjusers form disapearing into the swingarm.

any help with these would be greatly appreciated.
