Pushed the stem out the wrong way and sheared off the head of the stem - only took off a ring of material about 2mm by 2mm so tempted to just put an internal thread on the stem and after its pressed into the new bottoms bolt it up as well. Should do the trick. I'll try source a new one if I can though.

Who feels dumb tho? Doh.

maybe mate - reckon you could get some dimensions of it for me? I'm getting custom top and bottom yokes machined so I might be able to adapt it to fit.

Makes me feel better for grooving my new stem with the cutting disc whilst removing it from the lower yoke [:I]

Why not just get one made up at the same time as the yokes....I just had to pay $50 for a bent lower with a good stem....

ok mate dug it out and measurements as follows:

bottom of stem (where it goes into the triple 30.2mm
top of stem where bearing site 30mm
threaded stem where nut sits on top triple 28mm
overall length 255mm
