Best of 8.85 at 162mph, its not setup specificaly for drags like the 7 sec bikes of Leonard or Jamie , the engine is very similar but built more for landspeed as is the frame.
Picked up a rolling chassis this week (cheap ) so it may be a platform for a drag bike , i'm a bit slow to run 7's but i think a low 8 is a chance.

Still nutting out a plan for the bike, have a pretty good idea just need to run it by my fabricator friend who is doing all the work. Most of my time lately has been spent earning extra money to pay for it all. I will be concentrating on the Chassis, Motor then Turbo I reckon, do it in parts so I font get freaked out about all the work required.

Was thinking of maybe running the bike with Standard Motor at the Jamboree, Lockup, shot of Nitrous and all that but its looking doubtful as my friend is busy on a couple of projects that he would like to clear first.

No worries about the photo, I probably have more if you want them, actually I think Wayne might of got a copy of all of them actually.

Do you have much left on the bike before you start testing?

Pretty well did everything when i built it in 05, makes more power than i can use, just replacing the damaged piston, cyl, repairing the head and fresh valvesprings.

Damn!!!!

Gotta hate them dropping valves. the only time you hate gravity working.....

Am still chasing coil/ingnition issues with my trash can.

Leigh do you have someone else with a busa nearby ? coils are not a common prob , one that happens occasionaly though is the cam sensor , if it gets a knock, may be worth swapping parts till you can induce the prob in another bike.
voltage reg connector , accident damaged wiring on the side of the frame ,actually most efi & ign bits will throw a fault code , are you getting a FI light any time?

Running no guages almost converted to the 96 small guage pack. (another topic) All the wiring is good. It plays up in all gears and especally on the return road after a run. When the guages were on I didn't have any codes. so still not sure. will try a set of borrowed coils for our GRET mate at Cyanide Racing (plug plug). and see . I have a race on the 4th so will try them and see. if not I will book some much needed dyno time and get it all sorted out....

You see when I pulled the plugs the first time #1 was wet. Changed plugs and juggled that coil to #2 and went racing. Check the plugs again and this time #4 was wet. so am sitting on my case of beer scratching my head... hmmmm
