first thing fuck the horses of and get on a 600cc or even better 250cc

i had half a dozen 250 and i didn't think i could do a wheelie!!got a 600 started wheelies with power still had sketchie moments
then i did this!!!

step1
get on 250cc and got the hang of poping the clutch, soon as the power starts comming under full throttle( in 1st gear), pop the clutch and up she goes

step2

fall of the 250 lots in first gear untill total confidence is instilled in your mono wheel ballancing, at least 100m in first

step3

get on big big 750-1000cc machine and learn how/where to pop the clutch (2nd gear with 1000) on that and DO NOT FORGET to cover rear breaks you can use them to controll your wheelie and to save your bike should you fuck up

the biggest problem people have is not getting up to the ballance point - if it feels like you are up too far go a little further, you then dont need power so much as controll!! thats where the shitty lil 250 comes in, wreck that first!! learn how to balance

this method worked for me and a few others

just dont hurt yourself!!!
