yep the Britten is on my shopping list if and when i win lotto, the man was a genius. For the Brissy folks here Noel from Motorcycle Exhaust Professionals near Moss St did work for John Britten on the V 1000's zorst system. He used to sell a fair bit of Britten merchandise as well.

That is really amazing man!!!!!!!!!! amazing representation of a great motorcycle made by a great man. Very inspiring to create something. also the motocycz is a great creation but doesnt have the same feel to it. I love looking at pictures and artwork of this bike.

that last pic is the bike on display at te papa, the museum of New Zealand, in Wellington. the first time I saw it, i was struck by how totally appropriate the way it was displayed was. It was not just stuck on the floor like a piece of machinery, but on a pedastal, displayed as the piece of art that it is. What a machine, and much revered man in NZ.

Yep! I has a sit on it at the Geelong Speed Trials (1/4 mile with a kink in the middle) a few years ago & stuck my beak right up under it's skirts, the Britten is the ultimate STREETFIGHTER (IMHO) - brilliantly engineered, beautifully crafted & 100% unique. It'll be the first bike I get when I win the lottery too [:p]
Oh yeah, you gotta hear the thing in anger [:p][8D]:D it sounds like a whole field of Sprintcars. [:p][}:)]
